For local service businesses

We make your business better.

More customers, more revenue, and a clearer view of what is working. It starts with a cleaner site you review privately, before anything goes live.

Who it’s for

You can make a website yourself. This is for when you want the business to work better.

Plenty of tools will help you build one yourself. This is for owners who want what customers see to bring in more business, and who want to judge the quality before they pay.

A good fit if you

  • Care about quality. You notice when something your customers see is wrong, dated, or hard to use.
  • Want the business to improve. Not just a newer look, but a site that fits how you actually run.
  • Want to grow through your public presence. More customers finding you, choosing you, and coming back.
  • Want clear pricing. You would rather know what something costs, and what it does not include, up front.

Probably not a fit if you

  • Would rather build it yourself. That is a reasonable choice, and you do not need us for it.
  • Want a one-off page and nothing after. The site is where we start, not where the work ends.
  • Need a brand new identity on day one. That is deeper work, quoted on its own after launch.
How it works

You see the better version first. Then you decide.

Three steps, in this order. Nothing goes live and nothing is billed until you have reviewed the work and said yes.

  1. We look at what the public already sees

Your current site and the details you already publish. We note problems we can verify, such as outdated details or links that go nowhere.

  2. We build a better version for you to review

A clean, corrected version built from what you already have. Only you see it, on your own time.

  3. You decide

Take it live as built, ask for a scoped customization pass first, or leave it.

Your before and after, as soon as it’s ready.

The two versions sit side by side, so you can judge the difference yourself.

What the refresh includes
What’s included

What the refresh includes, and what it does not

Built from what you already have in public.

Included in the refresh

  • Corrections. Fixes for the problems we verified on your public site.
  • Your basic published info. Name, address, hours, phone, and services, accurate and easy to find.
  • Picture swaps. Using photos you already have in public.
  • Color cleanup. Using the colors you already use.
  • A clean, usable site. Easy to read and easy to use on a phone or a computer.

Not included in the refresh

  • A new photo shoot.
  • A new brand identity. A real identity pass is deeper work.
  • Changes beyond the refresh. Those go on a written list for a scoped customization pass.
  • Booking, integrations, and new systems. Quoted separately after launch.
Pricing

What each price covers, and what it does not.

Proposed starter prices as of November 2026.

One time

Go-live

about$500

Put the refresh live exactly as you reviewed it.

Includes

  • Point your domain to the new site
  • Host what was built
  • The refresh as you reviewed it, no surprise changes

Does not include

  • Changes to the refresh. Those belong in a customization pass.
Optional

Customization

about$1000

One scoped pass after you have seen the preview.

Includes

  • Changes from a written list we agree on
  • Scoped up front, not an open tab
  • Shaping the site around how you run

Does not include

  • Work beyond the list. Deeper work is quoted separately.
Monthly

Hosting and care

$25per month

Keeps the live site running the same as the day it launched.

Includes

  • Hosting and security
  • Platform updates and uptime care
  • Backups you can get to easily

Does not include

  • Content or design changes. Those are add-ons.

You own what you paid for

If you leave, you take your files, domain, content, and accounts with you, and the $25 a month stops. Moving to another host is meant to be easy, not a fight.

Deeper work is quoted separately

Booking, integrations, a real identity pass, and systems that help you get, keep, and engage customers are each quoted on their own, once we understand what the business needs.

After launch

The refresh is the start of the relationship

Once the site is live and fits how you run, the work turns to the business itself: bringing in customers, keeping them, and growing revenue.

  1. Start

    Refresh, live

A corrected, clean site built from what you already have, reviewed by you before it launched.

  2. Next

    Customization

A scoped pass against a written list, so the site matches how the business actually runs.

  3. Then

    Deeper work, quoted

Booking, integrations, a real identity pass, and systems that help you get, keep, and engage customers.

  • More customersEasier to find and choose
  • RetentionMore of them come back
  • EngagementStaying in touch between visits
  • RevenueThe business grows over time
